Class Policy

CLASS POLICIES ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION
Please register for classes in the store or by calling. Payment in full is required in order to reserve your place. All classes must meet a minimum enrollment (usually 2-3 students) to run. In the event a class does not meet minimum enrollment, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and given a full refund, or the opportunity to reschedule.

NO REFUNDS FOR OUT OF TOWN INSTRUCTORS OR EVENTS.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please provide at least 24 hours advanced notice before the start of your first class for store credit for group classes and 48 hours for private and semi-private classes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.  Exceptions will be made for hurricanes, snow storms, floods, or the arrival of the Abominable Snow Man.

MISSED CLASSES
We cannot offer make-up sessions or credit for missed group classes. Out of respect to your instructor and classmates, we kindly ask that you be on time.  Additional private lessons may be scheduled.  Fees may apply. OTHER Students are required to purchase yarn from The Yarn Club for all classes.  No outside will be permitted unless stated in the materials section of the class description.
