Crochet Blanket Club: Blocks 1-2-3
Description: Individual blanket club classes are designed to be mixed and matched into a build-your-own sampler blanket series. Students can attend up to 3 unique block design classes quarterly. Series 1 [showcasing blocks 1-3] is beginner-friendly and a great way to build a crochet stitch repertoire. Students should purchase a size H (5mm) crochet hook and 1 skein of either Malabrigo Rios OR Berroco Ultra Wool yarn per class in coordinating colors from the Yarn Club prior to the first class.
Level Beginner + (prerequisite: Crochet 102 class or be able to demonstrate all skills covered in 101 & 102 sessions)
Total Time: single classes, 2 hours each
Skills: Reading Charts, New stitch combos vary by block
Dates: Tuesdays, Oct. 17 (block 1, Staggered Mesh Stitch); Nov. 21 (block 2, Honeycomb Stitch); Dec. 19 (block 3, Shells on Chains Stitch)
