Refund policy
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for in store items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only less a 12% restock fee. Postage, delivery, customs fees, insurance, other fees will not be refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Yarn wound into a ball or cake CANNOT be returned.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WHEN USING SHOPPAY OR OTHER PAYMENT PLAN.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at theyarnclub@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you may send the items back to the store. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless other arrangements were made. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if we made an error.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, custom requests, dyed to order items or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), needles and needle parts, hooks, tools, notions, all bags, accessories, trunk show items, consignment goods, items we have discontinued or discontinued colorways, felting kits and other craft items that are not yarn, classes, services. We also do not accept returns for yarn that has been wound, used, label removed, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on needles, hooks, notions, bags, consignment or trunk show items for any reason except defective items mentioned above with proof of purchase within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. No returns on items purchased through SHOP pay.
Exchanges
Within the 30 day time frame, you may exchange items under certain conditions. These conditions include purchasing the wrong color yarn or the yarn does not match the pattern in weight required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by gift card or on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
