ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION Please register for classes online or in the store. Payment in full is required in order to reserve your place. All classes must meet a minimum enrollment (usually 2-3 students) to run. In the event a class does not meet minimum enrollment, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and given a full refund, or the opportunity to reschedule.
NO REFUNDS FOR OUT OF TOWN INSTRUCTORS OR EVENTS.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please provide at least 24 hours advanced notice before the start of your first class for store credit for group classes and 48 hours for private and semi-private classes. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Exceptions will be made for hurricanes, snow storms, floods, or the arrival of the Abominable Snow Man.
We cannot offer make-up sessions or credit for missed group classes. Out of respect to your instructor and classmates, we kindly ask that you be on time. Additional private lessons may be scheduled. Fees may apply.
Students are required to purchase yarn from The Yarn Club for all classes. No outside will be permitted unless stated in the materials section of the class description. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All classes listed comply with strict social distancing protocols. Do not attend class if you have ANY cold or flu like symptoms, fever, rash, or stomach ailment. A FULL refund (or prorated refund) will be given to any student who needs to drop the class for medical reasons.
All students are required to wear a mask properly over their mouth and nose for the duration of class. Any student not wearing their mask correctly may be asked to leave and will forfeit their class fee or tuition. Some classes may require face shields. Face shields will be provided if needed (may have additional fee). Strict cleanliness protocols are followed by the staff before and after each class.
