Shipping policy

We ship via USPS, UPS.  Please choose In-Store Pick Up only if you are able to physically pick up your items from the store.  These items will not be shipped.  Please bring your order confirmation email with you for pick up.

The Yarn Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Buyer assumes full responsibility once the items leave the store.  No refunds on lost merchandise.

International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs imposed by receiving countries or governments.  The Yarn Club is not responsible for these fees.  You may reject the package, but original shipping will not be credited.
