Fix your most common knitting mistakes with Julie!
In this class you will learn to how to pick up dropped stitches in garter & stockinette, fix twisted stitches, how to knit backwards (aka TINK), fix accidental yarn overs, how to read your knitting, how to place a safety line, and how to recognize and fix missed stitches.
There is knitting homework that needs to be done prior to the class!
Materials you will need: You will need to purchase your yarn for your homework at The Yarn Club. I recommend using Berrocco Ultra Wool, which you can purchase here. You will also need a fix-it tool or a crochet hook.
Prior to attending the class, you will need to knit up two 4" x 4" squares in worsted weight yarn on US 7 needles. The first square will be all garter stitch. The second square will need to have two rows of garter stitch on the top and bottom, with stockinette stitch in the middle. Please do not bind off, leave your squares on your needles so we can practice fixing mistakes.
