Enter your finished sweater on The Yarn Club Ravelry and Instagram for a prize submission! If you knit your sweater in Sheep Graffiti yarn, you are eligible for two prize submissions!

The Whitmoor Sweater is a lace-yoke sweater inspired by the peaceful silver birch woodland, knit from the top down in the round with no seaming required. The pattern includes both charts and written instructions for the lace which is intuitive and easy to follow. A modern fit with no waist shaping, it designed to be worn with 5 “/ 12 cm positive ease. It features two options for the sleeve shape: tapered or bishop.

This is not a class but you will learn how to read a lace chart and assistance will be given for any questions about the construction or layout of the pattern. Highly recommend that you have an advanced beginner knowledge of knitting as we will not be teaching how to cast on, knit or purl.  The KAL will be discussing how to customize size and fit for the optimal finished garment.

Yarn for the pattern must be purchased from The Yarn Club and the pattern can be purchased through your Ravelry account. Don’t have a Ravelry account? Sign up is easy and free at ravelry.com!

This is a versatile sweaters that can be knit using a strand of fingering weight yarn held with a strand of lace weight yarn or with a strand of DK yarn held alone.  The Yarn Club staff are all happy to help with fun combinations and yarn choices.
